Payment Terms for MetaBlock Technologies

At MetaBlock Technologies, we strive to make the payment process straightforward and transparent for our clients. Our payment terms are designed to ensure clarity, mutual trust, and a smooth transaction process.

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to initiate any project. This amount helps us cover initial development costs and resources.
• Milestone-Based Payments: Payments are divided into milestones. Upon completion and client approval of each milestone, a pre-defined percentage of the payment is due.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or deployment.

We accept multiple payment modes for convenience:

• Bank Transfers: Secure wire transfers to our company bank account.
• Credit/Debit Cards: Payments can be made using major credit or debit cards.
• Digital Wallets: We accept payments through popular digital wallets like PayPal and Stripe.
• Cryptocurrency: We also accept payments in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum for blockchain-related projects.

All payments should be made in USD or INR, unless otherwise agreed. Taxes, if applicable, are charged based on the client’s location and prevailing laws.

Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Refunds are issued only if a project is canceled before the agreed milestone completion, based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.

By adhering to these payment terms, we ensure a fair and smooth financial process, allowing us to deliver high-quality services efficiently.
